“COMPOSURE” is a moisturizing cream that helps the “better halves” naturally restore progesterone levels to eliminate PMS and Menopausal symptoms. How to Use: This product contains 400mg of Progesterone per ounce of cream. The normal production cycle of progesterone begins on day 12 and gradually increases until it ends on day 28 of a woman’s cycle. The greatest production of Progesterone occurs in the last four to five days of the cycle.
