Standard Terms of Sale
Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Wallsburg Farms, Inc., these Sales Terms and Conditions shall apply to any and all orders placed by any Purchaser for products or services of Wallsburg Farms. In these Sales Terms and Conditions, the party to whom Wallsburg’s Quotation, Sales Order, or Invoice is addressed is referred to as the “Purchaser.” In addition to the Sales Terms and Conditions, “Purchaser” should be familiar with FDA cosmetic regulations which we have also included.
